100 gr di farina 00
50 gr di burro o margarina vegetale
2 uova
1 cucchiaio di lievito in polvere
60 gr di zucchero semolato
una generosa manciata di ciliegie fresche
per la decorazione
zucchero a velo q.b.

Lavorazione:
Montare a neve ben ferma, due albumi ed amalgamarli al composto fatto di farina, zucchero, lievito setacciato, burro fuso e due tuorli.
Denocciolate le ciliegie fresche e dopo averle ridotte in pezzi, unitele all'impasto.
Mescolare dolcemente e riempire per 3/4 degli stampini, magari in silicone come i miei.Cuocere in forno già caldo, a 180°C per 20 minuti. Da fredde, decorare con zucchero a velo e ciliegie sciroppate.

Cherry cupcakes
