Ecco la mia ricettina!
Ingredienti (per circa 20 pezzi):
120 gr di zucchero semolato
100 gr di farina 00
100 gr di maizena
1 bustina di lievito in polvere per dolci + 1 cucchiaino
70 gr di burro bio da panna centrifugata
3 uova biologiche
140 gr di panna da cucina bio freschissima
8 cucchiai di latte biologico
il nucleo di una bacca di vaniglia
40 gr di cacao amaro in polvere
Lavorazione:
Con uno sbattitore, lavorare il burro, la panna,lo zucchero e
i tuorli; aggiungere anche il latte.
Unirvi la farina e la maizena, insieme al lievito setacciato e alla vaniglia.
Poi, montare a neve ben ferma, gli albumi ed aggiungerli al composto rimestando dal basso verso l'alto, delicatamente per non smontarli.
Ora, versare il tutto, negli stampini in silicone (a forma di uova pasquali).
Cuocere a 180°C per circa 20 minuti.
Sformare da fredde.
