5 uova biologiche
250 di zucchero semolato
250 gr di mandorle pelate
250 gr di burro bio da panna centrifugata
Lavorazione:
Tritare le mandorle grossolanamente; fare a pezzetti il cioccolato e scioglierlo nel microonde (o a bagnomaria).
Mescolare, con un cucchiaio di legno, le mandorle e il cioccolato, con lo zucchero, il burro, i tuorli delle uova e l'aroma gusto mandorla.
Montare gli albumi a neve ben ferma e unirli, avendo cura di non smontarli, al composto precedente, con movimenti dall'alto verso il basso.
Versare l'impasto in una tortiera (io ho usato quella in silicone) imburrata; infornare in forno già caldo a 180°C per un'ora circa.
Da cotta, lasciarla raffreddare, sformarla e cospargerla con lo zucchero a velo.
Ottima servita con un ciuffo di panna montata!

The torta caprese
Ingredients (for 8 people):
5 organic eggs
250 caster sugar
250 grams of peeled almonds
250 grams of butter cream Organic centrifuged
250 grams of dark chocolate 70%
Aroma Almond S. Martino
to decorate
Powdered sugar Vanilla Gluten Free S. Martino
Processing:
Chop the almonds coarsely; do chopped chocolate and melt in the microwave (or double boiler).
Stir with a wooden spoon, almonds and chocolate, sugar, butter, egg yolks of the eggs and the almond aroma.
Beat the egg whites until stiff and add them, taking care not to remove, prior to the compound, moving from top to bottom.
Pour the batter into a baking pan (I used the silicone) buttered; bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about an hour.
From cooked, let it cool, turn them and sprinkle with icing sugar.
Excellent served with a dollop of whipped cream!
