Apple tart, dark chocolate and cream
Ingredients:
for pasta
170 grams of flour 00
2 teaspoons brown sugar
100 g butter Organic cream centrifuged
1 teaspoon vanilla extract Gluten St. Martin
1 egg yolk bio
1 pinch of salt
for cream
1 whole egg + 1 egg yolk bio bio
1.5 dl cream bio fresh
for the topping
150 grams of dark chocolate 70%
3 Red Apples Modi
2 tablespoons brown sugar
for garnish

Processing:
Mix together the flour, egg yolk, softened butter, sugar and pinch of salt until it forms a ball; cover with plastic wrap and leave in the fridge for half an hour.
Wash apples and leaving intact the peel, cut into slices.

Take the dough from the refrigerator and roll (to a thickness of about 1/2 cm).
