                                                                           Iniziamo?

Ingredienti (dosi per 4 persone):
400 gr di petto di pollo bio a fette
il succo di 1/2 limone bio
meno di 1/2 cucchiaino di zenzero in polvere
farina q.b.

ENGLISH VERSION
Chicken of the sun

Ingredients (serves 4):
400 grams of  organic chicken breast sliced
the juice of half organic lemon
less than 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
flour to taste
rind (zest) of 1/2 lemon into thin strips, preferably organic
extra virgin olive oil
Cervia's sweet salt (iodized or common) and pepper to taste

Processing:
Cut into two or three parts, each slice of chicken and, if necessary, to make them thinner with the meat tenderizer.
Put the olive oil in a pan and when it will be nice and hot, place the meat previously floured.
Sprinkle with ginger, turn the slices carefully so they do not fall off the flouring and drizzle with lemon juice.
Season with salt and pepper and, if needed, add small amounts of water, so it forms a nice creamy sauce.
Finally, to give that fabulous aroma fresh and summery, make it rain lemon zest on the slices and put out the fire.
Great hot, with the accompaniment of simple courgettes.
